Outline:
As a valued subscriber to this list, over the next 52 weeks you will receive a single question every week that will change your life.
Here's how I suggest you use it for best results:
1) Place the question somewhere where you can see it regularly for a whole week and where you can refer to it often, it could be inside your daily planner, on a post it note stuck on your monitor, or maybe even pasted onto your bathroom mirror!
2) See if you can write down 3 quick answers every day for a week. For each day, try to cultivate the habit of writing down 3 answers, say, first thing in the morning, though ultimately, find a time that works best for you. By the end of the week you should end up with at least 21 answers.
3) Pick the best one of the 3 answers for that day and write down at least one action that you can take to move yourself closer to that goal. Set a deadline for midnight that day to carry out the action and tick it off in your planner once you have achieved it.
4)
By the end of the
week, you should have 7 specific actions that you have carried out in
answer to your "question of the week."See if you can come up with an
even better question yourself. Write it down in a journal or capture it
in a spreadsheet or Word document.
