You have tried to give up before...
But there's always that insidious craving, making you edgy, making you bad tempered and difficult to be around (so some say!).
You have tried going cold turkey, but it's tough going. You have tried patches, but they are fiddly to work with and they run out at the wrong times!

Is smoking really damaging your health? You might have an irritable hacking cough, and maybe it takes longer these days to shrug off a cold. Maybe people tell you your clothes or your breath stink, although you are not generally the first person to notice. It's annoying when other people comment - just what is their problem?
It works out expensive these days too - a typical 20 a day smoker will spend over £2,000 this year on cigarettes! Over the next twenty years that would be at least £40,000! Forty Thousand Pounds!
You could have a fortnight in the sun for that and still have plenty of change! What if you smoke 40-60 a day? How many holidays per year could that be?
And it's increasingly difficult to find places to smoke... so is it worth it?
