Outline for Weight Loss Sessions
A) WEIGHT LOSS APPROACH
Weight Loss Sessions are typically 3 to 4 one hour sessions, generally a week
apart, including (but not limited to) the following topics:
1) Self Image / Beliefs systems (How you see yourself, how much you like
yourself)
2) Foods & Eating Habits (What foods you believe you should eat less of, and
which you believe you should eat more of)
3) Exercise (What exercise you currently do and what additional exercise you may wish to undertake)
4) Summary/recap of 1 - 3 above (The 4th session is optional though recommended as it builds on and summarises the previous 3)
B) TYPICAL FEES
My fees are typically £60 per hour so 4 x 60 minute sessions would be £240.00
(excluding the first free half hour of the first session)

I am prepared to offer Weight Loss sessions at £50.00 per hour, thus a saving of up to £40.00 over the 4 sessions.
C) INTRODUCTORY SESSION
The first session has a free introductory 30 minutes on Hypnotherapy and why it is effective, as well as dispelling a few myths about how it is portrayed on TV.
This also gives us a chance to meet face to face, an opportunity to ask further
questions and for us to discuss whether you feel you want to go ahead and start the first chargeable hypnotherapy session after the 1st 30 minutes.
D) CLIENT INTAKE FORM DOWNLOAD

If you are interested in taking this further, please feel free to download the
form and complete it prior to the first session.
E) INTERVIEW PROCESS
We would also discuss various options in order to arrive at a specific weight
plan tailored to your requirements. I would also ask you questions about how
your life will improvewhen you lose weight, and we may formulate some goals
based on your answers.
F) GOALS
I am happy to discuss and help formalise any weight loss goals you have upon
request, e.g. how much weight to be lost, by what date.
Emphasis is given to achievability, and the ability to bounce back in the effect
of any setbacks (and not beat yourself up or give up).
G) CRAVINGS
A couple of different techniques to reduce cravings for certain (undesirable)
foods can be discussed upon request. One of these creates an aversion by linking foods you don't like to ones that you do. The other one involves tapping
acupuncture points on the body (which you can do yourself).
H) HYPNOTIC INDUCTION
Having agreed to go ahead and be hypnotised, you would have a session lasting 15-30mins each week where you are allowed to experience a hypnotic state of relaxation and suggestions are made back to you based on your answers taken at the interview stage. You are free to accept or reject these suggestions.
They may for example include: transferring any cravings for food to water, taking up additional forms of exercise and avoiding certain foods(all of which would have been previously discussed). You may be asked to imagine being at your ideal weight, looking at your ideal image in an imaginary mirror, and being in a control room where your subconscious mind helps you make adjustments to your behaviour for lasting change.
